FAQ
What does Free include?
Three limited analyses each calendar month, up to three saved reports, basic ARV and deal score, up to three preview comps, and PDF export of saved memos. Paid plans run the full analysis (active/pending competition, inventory, and complete comps). The monthly allotment resets automatically — upgrade to Builder ($39/mo) when you need full comps and inventory.
What counts as an analysis?
One credit is charged when a full new analysis begins (paid data retrieval / underwriting). Viewing a saved report or downloading the same PDF again does not use another credit.
Do annual plans get all credits at once?
No. Annual plans still replenish monthly within the subscription term.
Is data MLS-verified?
LotAlpha uses authorized third-party property providers. Coverage varies by location. We do not claim MLS verification unless an authorized MLS feed is connected.
